Schwarz Paper Condominium

Our team completely repurposed the Schwarz paper business into 13 luxury condominiums with office space on the main level. Overall, the condos varied from 700 SF up to 1,500 SF and are all custom to the individual buyer. The 100-year-old existing building was in need of repair and featured an addition to the south that complimented the historic portion of the building. The project scope included an all-new roof, HVAC upgrades, elevator and windows all to make the building livable and up to code.
