Raymond Bros condominium

This project featured a complete repurpose of the Raymond Bros building. The over 100-year-old building was in re-repair and the existing floors needed to be re-supported. Upgrades were made to the roof, windows, mechanical and electrical systems. An elevator was added as the originals were well past their useful life. A roof top deck was added for the 15 new luxury condo owners to enjoy. At the top of the building, a new cornice was installed that matches the original historic detail. Lastly, the first floor was converted into a restaurant featuring kitchen and seating space.
